Doelstelling
At ARTEk , we believe that today"s music audiences are drawn to performances that are more than just entertainment — they want immersive, thoughtful experiences that leave a lasting impression. Our mission is to bring great artists together to create shows that connect across the senses and resonate with audiences on emotional, artistic, and intellectual levels.
Stichting ARTEk is a cultural foundation based in The Hague that supports the development of new music and multidisciplinary performances. We provide a collaborative environment where artists from music, dance, theatre, and video can experiment, rehearse, and produce ambitious new work. Through sponsorship, studio resources, and production support, we help bring innovative ideas to life — from early-stage concepts to full-scale performances and digital releases.
Whether on stage or online, our goal is to champion original voices and artistic quality. By fostering cross-genre collaboration and giving creators space to take risks, we aim to contribute to the evolution of the contemporary arts — and to share meaningful, high-quality experiences with diverse audiences in the Netherlands and beyond.

Beloningsbeleid
Het bestuur van Stichting ARTEk ontvangt geen beloning voor haar werkzaamheden. Bestuursleden hebben uitsluitend recht op vergoeding van de door hen in de uitoefening van hun functie gemaakte kosten.
De artistiek directeur(en) ontvangen eveneens geen beloning voor hun werkzaamheden voor de stichting.
Indien de stichting gebruikmaakt van derden, zoals kunstenaars, technici of andere uitvoerenden, kan hiervoor een passende vergoeding worden toegekend. Deze vergoedingen staan in verhouding tot de aard en omvang van de werkzaamheden en worden vastgesteld binnen de financiële mogelijkheden van de stichting.
